Who should be screened
Most adults ages 45–75 should be screened for colorectal cancer. Some people may need screening earlier or more often if they have a family history or other risk factors.
Why screening matters
Colon cancer often has no early symptoms. Screening is the best way to catch problems early—when treatment works best—or prevent cancer before it starts.
